Vemora is a food product in development. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

What you type into our forms — plus the basic technical details (such as an IP address) that the form service processes in order to deliver your submission to us:

• Waitlist and launch notifications: your email address, and any survey answers you choose to give (such as flavor and price preferences).
• Taste panel applications: your name, email, town, and the answers you choose to give — which can include health-related details, such as the medication you take. Those fields are yours to fill in or leave blank, and after a form-design fix in October 2026, every dropdown starts blank so nothing is ever answered for you.

That's all. This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no tracking cookies.

What we use it for

• Emailing you about Vemora's launch, if you asked us to.
• Running the founding taste panel: choosing panel members and shipping samples to those selected.
• Understanding what people on a GLP-1 actually want, so we build the right product.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information. Ever.
• We never sell your health-related answers or share them for anyone else's marketing. The only outside handling is by the services that run our forms and email (below), so your submission can reach us.
• We never use your information for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

Our forms are handled by FormSubmit, which delivers your submission to our inbox, and our email is sent through our email provider. They process the information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove yours. Taste-panel applications are kept while panel selection and tastings are underway; applications that don't lead to a panel place are deleted once selection closes. You can ask for deletion at any time (below), and we will confirm when it's done.

Your choices

Every email we send can be unsubscribed with one click. At any time, you can email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted completely. We will take care of it promptly and confirm when it's done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
